Get In Early. Get $250 When You Lease!
Priority Applicants get in line before apartments are released to the general public — and if you go on to sign a 2027–28 lease, you’ll get a $250 rent credit on your new account.
Step 1 – Apply: We’ll need a completed application from you, all of your roommates, and your guarantor. Make sure you enter the promo code “PRIORITY” on the Options tab of your online application.
Step 2 – You’ve Got Next​: Once your group’s applications are complete, you’re on the Priority Applicant List. We’ll keep you updated as apartments become available.
Once an apartment is available, we’ll send your lease documents. Review and approve the rate and lease term, pay the required deposit, and sign within the stated timeframe to lock it in.
The prices shown on our website often reflect "starting at" pricing. Your leasing associate will provide specific pricing for the apartments you're interested in.
Pricing and availability may change during the rental process until a lease is offered. Please carefully review your lease before signing. Once the lease signing deadline passes, we can no longer guarantee the original pricing or availability.
All square footage shown is approximate. All residents will be required to carry renters insurance for the term of their lease.
